Ericsson
Sony Ericsson Smartphones are combined mobile
phone and personal organiser; a total solution
for mobile communication. We have all become familiar
with the features that are provided: telephony,
PDA functionality, e-mail, SMS and WEB access.
So much functionality in one small
package provides a big challenge to the Technical
Author. We started by producing the user guide
for Ericsson's first Smartphone, and at product
launch the user guide was referred to positively
in several mobile phone review magazines, comments
included:

Since then we have been involved
in several generations of Ericsson and Sony Ericsson
smartphones. These projects have been carried
out partly in Stockholm, but most of the work
was done in the UK.
